We roast every batch fresh and aim to reflect the unique energy of the communities that inspire us. Please note that:

Coffee is a perishable product and may vary slightly in flavor or roast profile.
Colors and bag designs may appear slightly different due to screen settings.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

💳 Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure options provided by Shopify.

Once placed, orders cannot be modified. Double-check your address and selections before confirming.

🚚 Shipping

We roast and ship orders as quickly as possible — typically within 1–3 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs (for international orders).

📦 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, email us at support@fanfuelnation.com — we’ll make it right.

For eligible merchandise (non-coffee products), requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and items must be unused.
