At Fan Fuel Nation, every roast is made fresh — just like our commitment to great service. While most of our products are not eligible for return (because coffee doesn’t go back on the shelf), we’ve got your back if something’s not right.


☕ Coffee Products

All coffee is roasted to order, which means:

  • All coffee sales are final.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on roasted products due to freshness and food safety standards.

However, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or something’s off — email us at support@fanfuelnation.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


👕 Merch & Gear

Non-coffee products (like apparel, mugs, and accessories) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if:

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.


⚠️ What’s Not Returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Coffee (unless damaged or wrong)
